Returning a dress?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we will be happy to help fix the problem. After looking up your order below please send an email to email@example.com with your order number to request a return
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on emeraldsundae.com for return or exchange. Emerald Sundae merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
- You have 21 business days from the ship date to return ALL regular price merchandise back to us.
- Merchandise must be unworn, the plastic tag must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
- Sale merchandise is Final and may not be exchanged or returned.
